Welcome to Roses Everywhere. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products & Substitution Policy

Images on our site are for display purposes to represent the style and feel of our arrangements. As flowers are natural, seasonal products, minor variations in shade, size, and specific bloom type may occur. Our expert florists are committed to handcrafting each arrangement to maintain its overall value, style, and sentiment.

In the event of unavailability, we will substitute items of equal or greater value. For more details, please see our Substitution Policy.

2. Delivery Policy

Delivery is available Australia-wide. Standard delivery is free on every order, Australia-wide. Optional upgrades: next-day delivery for $4.99 and same-day delivery for $9.99 (metro areas).

Cut-Off Times

The general cut-off for next-day delivery is 4:00 pm in the recipient’s local time, the day prior. This may vary during peak periods.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (up to 9:00 pm for residential addresses). We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, except for special events like Mother’s Day.

Recipient Unavailability

If the recipient is not home, our courier may leave the gift in a secure, sheltered location when appropriate. If no such place is available, a redelivery may be arranged.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct. A $15.99 redelivery fee applies if we are required to redeliver an order due to an incorrect address provided by you. The cost of replacement perishable products may also be charged.

While we strive to deliver on your selected date, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to unforeseen courier or weather delays.

Taxes

All prices are GST-inclusive. Any applicable GST has already been included in the price you see at checkout. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

3. Order, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Changes

Changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. A $10.00 administration fee may apply for changes requested after this time, if changes are possible.

Cancellations

• Cancellations requested more than 36 hours before delivery may incur a $25.00 fee.
• Cancellations requested with less than 36 hours notice will be charged the full order value.
• Orders that have already been prepared or are with a courier cannot be cancelled.
• Sales during peak holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) are generally final.

Refunds & Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about the quality of your order, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to contact us with photos so we can find a fair resolution.

4. Other Important Terms

• Promotions & Discounts: Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, must be applied at the time of purchase, and hold no cash value.
• Corporate Orders: For partners with an approved invoicing account, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice as per agreed terms.
• Intellectual Property: All content on this site is the property of Roses Everywhere and is protected by copyright law.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach is limited to resupplying the products or paying the cost of having the products resupplied.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
