Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during the following hours:

  • Business addresses: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Residential addresses: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after cut-off times or on non-business days will be processed and dispatched on the next available business day.

Delivery Coverage

Standard and next-day delivery are available to all Australian addresses, including regional and rural areas. Regional deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days beyond the standard timeframe.

Same-day delivery is available to metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, and Darwin. If your delivery address falls outside metro boundaries, you will be notified at checkout.

Authority to Leave

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered location at the delivery address. By placing an order, you authorise us to leave the delivery unattended if the recipient is not present.

If you require a signature on delivery, please include a note in the order comments at checkout and select next-day or same-day delivery. Signature on delivery is not available for standard free delivery.

Missed & Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or the recipient refusing the order, a redelivery fee of $15.99 will apply. This fee must be paid before a second delivery attempt is arranged.

To arrange a redelivery or update delivery details, contact us as soon as possible at wecare@aussieroses.com.au.

Peak Periods

During high-demand occasions such as Valentine’s Day (14 February) and Mother’s Day (second Sunday in May), delivery timeframes may be extended by 1–2 business days. We strongly recommend placing orders at least one week in advance during these periods.

Same-day delivery cut-off times may be brought forward to 10:00 AM AEST during peak periods. Any changes will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your delivery at any time through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
