Welcome to Roses Everywhere. Our goal is to make sending beautiful, fresh flowers simple, polished, and reliable. This page outlines our promise to you and explains how we handle delivery, changes, cancellations, and quality concerns.
Our Quality & Substitution Promise
We work with fresh, seasonal products. If a flower, colour, or finishing element is unavailable, we may make a careful substitution to maintain the overall style, value, and sentiment of your chosen design.
- Mixed bouquets: we preserve the colour palette and overall look.
- Single-variety bouquets: we keep the same flower type and use the closest available colour if needed.
- Plants: we match the plant type, but colour may vary.
If you have a quality concern, please email wecare@roseseverywhere.com.au within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
Delivery
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide. If you need the order sooner, the following surcharges apply at checkout:
- Same-day delivery: +$5.00
- Next-day delivery: +$2.50
Delivery Procedure
- Residential addresses: if no one is home, our courier may leave the order in a safe, sheltered location. Please provide any delivery instructions at checkout.
- Business addresses: if the recipient is unavailable and the business cannot accept delivery, a redelivery may be required.
Incorrect Address Information
If an order must be redirected or redelivered due to incorrect address information, additional charges may apply. Because flowers are perishable, a replacement arrangement may also be required.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, major traffic incidents, or other events outside reasonable control. In these cases, the order will be delivered on the next available day.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to Change Your Order?
Please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order if you need to make a change. A $10.00 administration fee may apply to changes requested after this period.
Need to Cancel Your Order?
- Within 1 hour of ordering: no charge.
- More than 36 hours before delivery: a $25.00 cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 36 hours before delivery: the full product value will be charged.
Orders that have already been prepared or handed to a courier cannot be cancelled. Peak holiday orders may be final.
Tax note: Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
