The images on our website are a guide to the style, size, and colour of each arrangement. Because we work with fresh, natural products, seasonal availability may require small substitutions.

Our commitment is to always preserve the value, style, and sentiment of the product you selected.

How We Handle Substitutions

• Mixed bouquets: we maintain the colour palette and overall style, using flowers of equal or greater value.
• Single-variety arrangements: we keep the same flower type and substitute with the closest available colour if needed.
• Plants: we match the plant type, but colour may vary.
