Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse the collection, choose your product, add any message or extras, and complete checkout. The order confirmation email will include your details and order number.

What information is needed for delivery?

  • Recipient’s full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Recipient phone number
  • Preferred delivery date
  • Your card message

Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free Australia-wide.

Are there faster delivery options?

Yes. If available for the delivery postcode:

  • Same-day delivery: +$5.00
  • Next-day delivery: +$2.50

What if the recipient is not home?

If it is safe to do so, our courier may leave the order in a secure sheltered location. If that is not possible, redelivery may be required.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You can add a note at checkout and we’ll do our best, but specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

Products & Availability

Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?

The flowers will match the overall style, size, and colour palette as closely as possible. As flowers are seasonal, some variation can occur.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If needed, we make careful substitutions of equal or greater value while preserving the look and feel of the arrangement.

Returns & Refunds

What if I’m unhappy with my order?

Please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll review it promptly.

Tax

Is tax included in the prices?

No. Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
